Eat (Perak)

It was no longer considered as lunch time when we decided to go far for lunch.
Because of my friend, GYX the driver that wanna go further, we ended up in Ipoh for late lunch.

They mentioned about 大树脚。
It was actually another hawker centre which was located under several big trees.
The environment was not that hygienic actually but surprisingly a lots of people eating there.

So, what kind of food was so attractive?
Actually, it was because of a stall that sells YongTauFu.
The name of the stall was 忠记粉店。
It even put up a banner telling there were no franchise in other part of Malaysia.

It was just normal Koay Teow or any noodles soup with the YongTauFu.
One bowl with 3 pieces of self chosen YongTauFu cost around RM3.50.

Another special there was the big glass of drinks.
I ordered the dragon fruit drink.
It was real dragon fruit blended and super big glass of it cost RM6 each.
(The price is quite expensive...>.<)

Other highlights of foods can be found there were the Char Kuih Kak (Cai Tao Kuih), nice!

After that, we went for the ToFu Fah in another shop.

A must try oh...
入口即溶,顺喉直咽,配上纯真的椰糖,满足。

Today's recommendation only this two.
We were actually on food marathon... so... that's not the last stop.
士林蛤仔面线

Sushi Zento for dinner

And that's the end of the day, we just kept on eating non-stop.

Eat (Perak)

Today is Friday!
Friday night gonna do something different to release the whole week stress.
So, we got a dinner with our long time no see senior.
Wenpin

Now the question come...
Where shall we have our dinner?

We drive till Falim, Perak.
(around 30mins drive from our university)

Here's the highlight for the dinner in that restaurant.
冬粉炒螃蟹
(crab cooked together with noodles)

Besides this, we did ordered normal cooked meal.
Veges, Soysauce Half-Chicken, Tofu with meats.

The dinner total cost wasn't really expensive, RM79 for 5 persons.

After dinner, we went for some icy chilling desserts in UFO desserts restaurant nearby.
The desserts something look like this cost RM6.50.
I found the yoghurt balls is pretty cute and taste great when it burst in your mouth.

That was the great place for chit chat where we actually chatted for hours long.

Jog for Who?

Recently, I am quite energetic for jogging.

One month ago, I was still someone who claim that jogging lead to knee injuries.
And jogging was like a exercise to hell where you get tired like going to die.

I admit that those are just some excuses I gave based on past experience.
>>Fear<<

So, why did I suddenly changed my perception?
I came across to some of my friends who ask me why did I jog so frequent?
Is it jogging for who?
...............................................................................................................................

It was on a night where I was stalking people on facebook as usual.
I realised that I lived my life like an old person when most of the youngster outside were busy joining different extreme activities.
Here am I sitting on a chair in front of the laptop with 2 legs and 2 hands.
Physically perfect human but I was wasting my age doing nothing.

So, I set a goal.
(*A goal to reveal after I achieved it.*)
I actually set a goal which was kinda impossible for me to achieve with the current me.
Setting goal doesn't need energy at all, just a couple of minutes.

After that, I was thinking to start the jog in the next morning.
When I was still struggling on should I or not, I chatted up one of my friend who had been active in slimming down for months.
I told him the big goal of mine and he decided for me to start on the next morning.
At the same time, I chatted another fitness first friend.
He mentioned: 'Jogging is the best exercise to slim down.
Slimming down wasn't my goal and I told him the real goal.
Then he get serious by explaining the feeling of jog and so on.
...............................................................................................................................
The next morning, I woke up as early as 7.30am.
I started with a very short distance jog.
Don't expect me as a beginner to run that far, I get exhausted easily.
And the next day, I tried in the evening.
Ran different route this time and longer distance.
(*the reason for choosing different and quieter route is because I am sensitive to how others look at me and will they think I am lame for not able to jog far. I cared too much.)

So, from that two days onwards, I used to jog.
I try for 2-3 times jog every weeks.
Although the distance of jog not really much improved, at least I started.
And now I am no longer afraid of how people look at me because I jog without spectacles.
I don't even know who the hell pass by me or I believe no one would look at me.
My leg addicted to wear the shoes and I feel something is missing if I stop for few days.
>>>Addicted<<<

Am I jogging for who?
Myself
...to achieve the big and seems so far goal.

(*special thanks for the two who persuaded me in the start.*)
The whole process was like Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
I succeed in reformat myself from jogging to yes, let's jog.

Do you think so?

You don't have to admit about all below but did you somehow think that way too?

When you are busy, you wish to have some time of your own.
When you are free, you wish to have something to do.

When you are in class, you wish there is no class.
When you are in holiday, you wish you are in class.

When the weather is nice, you are lazy to exercise.
When the weather is raining, you wished you could exercise outdoor.

No matter how talkative you think you are, you will prefer to keep quiet sometimes.
No matter how quiet you think you are, you will still talk non-stop sometimes.

Are you arguing because you think you point is right?
Or you are arguing because you just want to win in argue?

You told yourself to work hard because you wanna become the best for everything.
Sometimes, you told yourself to stop working hard because you say it is impossible to be the best.

Sometimes, you put your earphone on with song playing because you feel quiet.
But sometimes you put your earphone on just because you want the quiet.

Sometimes you look blank on face, but there are many things in you thought.
Sometimes you look expressive on face, but nothing really going on in your brain.

Lastly,

You always ignore someone that keep find you.
But you always find someone that don't really response to you.

Do you think so?
Sad or Happy
...is just the matter of how you think.

Self-Reflection

I don't always study.
But when I study...
Quantitative Seismic
This book have been mentioned in class so long ago.
And I never thought I would really print it out to read.
It is time to wake up.
It has been so long that I slack off, playing, lazy, drama, doing nothing.
So, I say to myself...
'It is never too late if I start now, at least I started.'

With my cousins and brother,

This two not able to cycle up hill to the temple, ended up pushing bike.
And we have breakfast,
Kolomee (no picture.jpeg)
Nasi Lemak
I admit that it is delicious.
In the afternoon, basically is the most boring time.
But those adult and everyone is chatting non-stop, while the others on TV.
Under the hot weather, we do have chilling session.

Night time, despite sembang, my grandfather suddenly search out for these bird that shit on his car.

We spotted 4 KUKU birds which sleeping with eyes wide open.
Seriously, they were not flying away but stay still there.

I do accompany grandma to the temple and get the free Vegetarian food.
Yeah, it is vegetarian Char Siow and Sea Cucumber.

On the another day, we went to another state of Johor, Layang-Layang for a dinner.

On the last day, me and my sis having photoshoot around due to boredom.
It turned out some great photos.

We missed the chance to shoot photo at railway, but I know I would have chance int he future.

Life in village does seems fun to city kids like us.
But if you are local in the village, you would know that, life is the same everyday.
We should appreciate what we got today and the exciting life and exploration we went through.
Coming back soon.
