Final Year (Part 1)

Who says Final Year is gonna be relaxing and enjoying?!
Everyone says that Final Year student has least credit hours, the most flexible and happiest academic timetable. In fact, that is true literally.
I only have classes on Monday-Wednesday every week, am having the so-called 'mid-sem break' every week too.

[Final Year 1st Semester = 14weeks]
[Final Year = FYP+EnP(GroupProject)+Assignments+Labs+Tutorial+Test+Quiz]
Someone please calculate the workdone/week?

Relaxing? Ermmm...
Ok la,
Maybe the first two weeks... ??
till we get our FYP topics on the 4th week.
Then, on the 6th week, we need to submit the Extended Proposal which need us to read not less than 10 sources of references.
So, we googled and download then read everything so much detailed as if reading Facebook.
Because you need those shits to be cited in your extended proposal, don't forget you are not supposed to plagiarise.

Luckily the dateline is postponed to the 7th week after burning so many days of midnight oil.
Just when we thought we can finally get some sleep and movies, we were informed the Proposal Defense which carries 40% weightage of the whole FYP wass arranged on the next week, 8th week.
"I am so stress because I am not feeling stress for that Proposal Defense", what I told my roommate the day before Proposal Defense.
Anyway, glad that the examiner was so non-defensive sweet lady, I performed quite steady.

Right now, we are in the 9th week.

Let's talk about EnP.
We were given all the data and report of the abandoned 'Crab' field which dated back to 1970s on the very 1st week of this semester.
They were all almost 200 PDF files.(I am not joking, is real.)
50+ poor 2D seismic sections to interpret with 7 wells which all drilled on the same anticline.
"The field is a complex structure , highly faulted with proven hydrocarbon in 1970s".
This is what in our mind: BLANK
Helpless is what we feel.
I can't remember how many times I shouted, "Just tell me where the hell is the reservoir?"
So, what those tutor and lecturers said?
"Structure Interpretation is important in this field", "You can't trust the previous interpretation in report, the previous is mistake, interpret what you think.", "I think the previous interpretation even had the map inverted", etc.
We were informed that the external examiners for EnP group project will come on the 12th week.
We were supposed to present the prospect evaluation of the 'Crab' field, which include risk & uncertainty evaluation and economic potential to develop the field.
Where are we now?
Trying to produce the reservoir map (top & base) aka the depth map before next week, 10th week.
Luckily I grew some patient personality during internship and greatful to get all really helpful groupmate. I don't remember how many times we had our meeting with mosquitoes in cafe, at least we now almost there with prospects locked in our eyes, maps & volume coming soon. =D
Respect every expertise in your groupmates and they gonna amaze you with higher than expectation outputs. I love you all so much. <3

Basically, the labs and tutorials of our core major course is left untouched.
Because the dateline given is 13th week.
And I will be going for FYP fieldworks in Pahang on the coming week which means more samples to study in labs.
Not to forget we need to hand in the Interim Report of FYP + EnP project report on the very same 13th week.
Now you see the real shit?

Some people told me, "You seems to be so quiet these days.", "You seems to be less active in facebook", etc.
我是真的连放屁都没什么时间啊。
那些对我的关心爱理不睬的人,无言。
疯了。
